If you do not receive this confirmation, please send an email follow up to ensure that the requested appointment is available. Massage Art Studio does not receive payment for Groupon Vouchers until the Voucher Redemption Code is applied and services are rendered. Failure to provide the redemption code at booking, will result in the appointment request being declined. We would also like to include, if you are sick, feeling sick or experiencing any symptoms similar to the cold, flu or COVID-19 virus, it is advised that you stay home, reschedule and get well. If you arrive displaying symptoms, you will be cancelled with a potential of not being rescheduled and charged a cancellation fee. In the event that I am under the weather, you will be contacted as soon as it is determined that it is necessary to reschedule. Once again, our health is my concern as I see many clients in a day, and want to ensure a safe environment for all. Stay safe, stay clean and practice good hygiene!
